  • Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be eligible for replacement after verification.
  • Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only in the pending state (before processing begins).
  • Once an order has moved to the processing or shipped stage, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Delivery Charges:
    • Orders below ₹500 will attract a delivery fee of ₹99.
    • Orders above ₹500 qualify for Free Shipping.
