2. Product Return & Replacement Policy

  • Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be eligible for replacement after verification.
  • Returns initiated after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only in the pending state (before processing begins).
  • Once an order has moved to the processing or shipped stage, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • We currently deliver across India.
  • Delivery Charges:
    • Orders below ₹500 will attract a delivery fee of ₹99.
    • Orders above ₹500 qualify for Free Shipping.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, typically ranging from 3–7 business days.
  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.

5. Payment Policy

  • We accept payments through all major online payment gateways including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be subject to additional handling charges.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide images of the product if the item is damaged or defective.
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

7. Fraudulent Activities

  • Any fraudulent transaction or attempt to misuse payment gateways will result in immediate cancellation of the order.
  • Luna Belle Cosmetics reserves the right to block such users and take legal action if necessary.
